Break A Sweat: Dance To Be Fit

So, what you guys are up to when it comes for you to break a sweat? In my point of view, one of the best ways is dancing. It may sound odd, but it is surely enjoying, plus it makes us sweat and lose weight. Try it! Throw up your favourite pop song, and start dancing. (^_^) You will enjoy it.
